Cooking with local hardwoods gives our meat a pleasent smoke flavor that you just don't get from cooking with other methods. We cook over hardwood for long periods to get just the right flavor that will keep you coming back for more. We are looking forward to bringing some southern smoked barbecue to the Allegany Mountains.

We are located in Russell PA but service Warren, Sugar Grove, Youngsville and Sheffield Pennsylvania along with Jamestown, NY.

We have both a commercial kitchen and a mobile trailer and cover events large and small.
